The R.E.O. Foundation is actively seeking funding between $600,000 and $5 million to support and scale our most critical initiatives. Our vision is bold, but necessary—and rooted in long-term impact:
R.E.O. Foundation – Hybrid Campus Phasing Plan
This phasing plan shows how the 3-acre Hybrid Campus can be developed in stages:
• Phase 1: Build
townhomes (12–15 units) for long-term ownership.
• Phase 2: Add apartments/condos (20–25 units) for
transitional housing.
• Phase 3: Construct the community center to house R.E.O. services, job training,
counseling, and family reunification events.
• Shared amenities such as the community garden and
playground/green space can be developed alongside early phases to foster community engagement
from the start.
We are not just building homes—we’re building hope, ownership, and opportunity.
